I am usually the person who celebrates their growth, I try not to mourn it. Everyone says 'time flies'. And it does. But my days are still long and I get to watch my children grow and learn.
Sam is not even 6mo and he's already in 12mo clothing. So, he might have outgrown the swing a little early due to his generous size. He likes to eat and solids are going well. He tried sweet potatoes today and didn't even make a yucky face.
Harrison and I start ECFE next week. I'm nervous. I've never been one to jump into these things. Harrison is so excited to start "school". He even asked if he could bring his backpack. He's so cute!
Matt went back to work this week. He was home all last week and it was really nice. Harrison has been asking every few minutes "where's daddy" and I have resorted to telling him daddy flew to Jupiter because saying "daddy's at work" doesn't seem to appease him. Mommy is just super boring apparently.
We get to go to the Renaissance festival this weekend and Harrison is so excited to ride a pony. We're not bringing Sam this year, though. Too little and taking a stroller through the mulch would be a pain.
We haven't been up to much said late, but it's technically Fall now (because Fall starts after the State Fair in MN) and that means Halloween! I've just started our costumes and we got our parade forms in the mail. Best holiday!!
